WHO WE ARE
We are an NYC based interior design studio specializing in high end residential design, commercial spaces, and production design. We work on projects all along the East Coast and are expanding our designs abroad. Our roots began in fine art, fabrication, importing, and sustainable design, which grew over the years into a full scale design build firm. The life cycle of the building materials that we specify along with ethically sourced furniture, fixtures, and lighting are imperative to the ethos of our company.
SAMANTHA HEYL
OWNER + INTERIOR DESIGNER
Samantha Heyl graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Art with a concentration in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in 2008. She worked as a designer for architecture firms and sustainable design/build companies before starting her own studio in 2013. She has backgrounds in painting and printmaking, textiles, sculpture, photography, metalworking, and jewelry design. Her deep love of travel, languages, and history coincide with sourcing materials from markets around the globe and inspire a unique design narrative. With over a decade of project management experience overseeing construction sites, Samantha understands the value of communication and the ability to provide detailed instructions when it comes to orchestrating a successful project.
SARA HEYL
GRAPHIC DESIGNER + BRAND IDENTITY
Sara earned her Bachelor of Fine Art with a concentration in Graphic Design from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. As a senior designer in New York for 14+ years she gained her expertise working for Mirror NYC, a boutique creative agency. With extensive knowledge in print production and a passion for elevating brands and brand consistency, she's worked with companies big and small. She also lends her knowledge and passion for education as an adjunct instructor having taught at Clarion University, New York City College of Technology and currently IB Visual Arts at George Washington Academy in Casablanca, Morocco.
